FAQ

1. I already downloaded BodyGuide before purchasing
No problem. If you used the same email address to sign up, as you did during payment, then simply open the app and get going!
If you have used different email addresses, please see question 2.

2. I already downloaded BodyGuide before purchasing and used a different email address

Please contact us at hello@bodyguide.com.au and let us know the two email addresses that have been used. We will be in touch asap.

3. I already downloaded BodyGuide before purchasing and used a social login to sign up

The email address attached to your social account (ie Facebook or GoogleDrive) is the email address used. If the email address attached to your social account matches the payment email address: See question 1. If it is a different email address see question 2.

4. How do I download BodyGuide to my mobile if I paid on computer?

  • You can simply search BodyGuide (no spaces) in the app store

  • You can use your mobile phone's camera or QR code scanner to scan the QR code above.

It can not be activated or used on a computer.

2. Use the same email as payment

For your paid version to activate / unlock the full version of the app, you MUST sign up with the same email address as used in your payment.
